Record Information:

All records were exported from III systems in MARC8 format. Data was pre-processed and translated to UTF8 via MarcEdit. Records represent all data elements currently represented within the Summit consortia database from the contributing libraries.

Holdings Information:

The 945 provides information about a libraries holdings at the item level within a III system. The data isn't complete, but does provide an idea as to volume, call number, etc. information and can be used to gather a gross estimate of item level holdings for each institution.
